Safety
Electromagnetic braking brings the truck to a controlled stop the moment the throttle is released. An emergency belly-button stop, speed reduction in turns, and electric lift/lower keep handling precise around people and the equipment on the forks.
Speed to Deployment
A compact footprint and tight turning move loads through staging and storage aisles too tight for a forklift, and a sealed lithium battery with opportunity charging holds through multi-shift schedules. Stocked and quick to ship, so you can scale capacity without procurement lead times.
Uptime
An AC drive motor and Curtis controller keep service and downtime predictable, so the truck stays available across busy receiving and staging windows.
Productivity
Electric drive and lift let one operator move heavy pallets that would otherwise take two, freeing the second worker for other tasks. Pinwheel turning and a vertical tiller handle tight aisles.
Security
A pin-code panel and RFID card access limit use to authorized technicians, with per-use logs. With the optional BallyQ Telematics add-on, fleet managers can control operator access, monitor utilization, and locate equipment across facilities.
Customization
Ballymore has an in-house team capable of designing a fleet of material handling or vertical access equipment around your specific needs, whether adapted from this product or built fully custom.
Where It Works

Receiving Dock
Pallets and crates come off the truck and move straight through the dock without a forklift. The compact footprint and tight turning radius keep the aisle clear for the next delivery.

Server Floor
Before a rack reaches its final position, palletized equipment moves through staging near the data hall. One operator handles the load without waiting on a forklift or a second set of hands.

Parts & Spares Room
Spare parts and components move in and out of the parts room on pallets. The tight turning radius fits aisles a standard forklift can't reach.

Decommission
Retired equipment leaves the facility the same way it arrived. Palletized gear moves out through decommissioning without pulling a forklift operator off other work.
