CONTINUOUS MONITORING
STOP REACTING.
START PREVENTING.
Every day, equipment runs without oversight. Operators bypass safety protocols. Damaged machines stay in service. And when something goes wrong, you're scrambling for answers that should have been in front of you all along.
BallyQ is the Safety Intelligence Platform that changes that — giving facilities managers, operations teams, and safety officers complete visibility into every piece of motorized equipment, in real time.
PRECISION TRACKING
Track every machine cycle, runtime hour, and operational anomaly — automatically, across your entire fleet, in real time.
ACCESS CONTROL
Restrict equiptment access to credentialed operators only. Remote lockout in under 5 seconds from anywhere in the world.
DATA & ANALYTICS
Equipment-generated data transformed into actionable intelligence — utilization rates, fault patterns, maintenance triggers.
SAFETY ALERTS
Instant notifications for equipment faults, unauthorized access attempts, and safety threshold breaches across your fleet.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED.
NOTHING YOU DON'T.
One platform. Every machine. Complete intelligence from sensor to dashboard.
REAL-TIME MONITORING
Current and pressure sensors capture cycle counts, runtime hours, and operational data for every machine — delivering a live birds-eye view of your entire facility from a single dashboard.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
WHAT IS BALLYQ AND WHAT DOES IT DO?
BallyQ is a Safety Intelligence Platform that gives warehouse operators, facilities managers, and equipment-intensive retailers real-time visibility and control over their motorized equipment fleet. It monitors equipment health, usage cycles, access events, and safety alerts through IoT sensors — displaying everything in a centralized web dashboard.
HOW DOES BALLYQ'S ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM WORK?
BallyQ uses a centrally managed credential system. Managers can provision equipment access based on operator training certifications or approval. Technicians can trigger lockout/tagout remotely via the BallyQ Android app — preventing access to damaged or restricted equipment immediately, from anywhere.
CAN BALLYQ TRACK EQUIPMENT WITHOUT GPS?
Yes. BallyQ is developing indoor positioning capabilities that enable real-time location tracking within facilities where traditional GPS is unavailable or unreliable. This feature is expected within approximately 3 months of current development.
WHAT TYPES OF EQUIPMENT DOES BALLYQ SUPPORT?
BallyQ currently supports panel saws, paint mixers, compactors, and pallet stacker lifts (PSL), with CANbus integration in development for Noblelift Rebel forklifts. Additional equipment — including ballypals and general forklifts — are on the roadmap.
DOES BALLYQ SUPPORT PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE?
BallyQ is actively building predictive maintenance capabilities. The platform currently captures sensor data and converts it to cycle counts and runtime hours. The predictive engine will analyze historical service records alongside live telemetry to predict failures and recommend maintenance before breakdowns occur.
WHO IS BALLYQ BUILT FOR?
BallyQ is built for facilities managers, safety officers, and operations teams at large-format retail stores, warehouses, distribution centers, and equipment rental companies — anywhere motorized equipment represents a safety, compliance, or operational risk.
